How do you handle my personal data?
Your privacy is non-negotiable. We never sell your info, and we use high-level encryption for all transactions. We're here to pack your bags, not spill your business.
What will show up on my billing statement?
We keep it low-profile. Your bank statement will show a discreet charge from 'JL* TRAVEL' or something equally vague. No mention of wellness kits or pleasure products here.
Can I ship to a pickup point?
Absolutely. If you want to keep things extra private, select a local pickup point or locker at checkout. Grab your kit on your own terms, away from prying eyes.
Travel & TSA Rules
Is it TSA-friendly?
Absolutely! All liquids in our kits are under the 3.4oz (100ml) limit, and our electronic essentials are fully approved for carry-on luggage. You can breeze through security without a second thought.
Do I need to take my kit out at security?
Treat your Jetluster liquid items like any other toiletries. Keep them in the provided clear pouches within your carry-on. The electronics can stay tucked away unless specified by your local airport's rules for small devices.
What about international travel?
Our kits follow international aviation standards. Whether you're flying domestic or crossing oceans, your joy is cleared for takeoff. We recommend checking specific local customs if you're traveling to extremely conservative regions, just for peace of mind.
Clean & Serene
Keep your silicone essentials happy with mild, unscented soap or a dedicated toy cleaner. Always air dry completely before tucking them back into their discreet travel pouch.
Product Care & Use
Liquid Luxury
Our water-based lubes are silicone-safe and condom-friendly. Store them in a cool, dry spot (your carry-on is perfect). Check seals after use to keep your luggage mess-free.
Power Up
Jetlust devices are USB-rechargeable. We recommend a full charge before your flight. To preserve battery life, don't leave them charging overnight or for more than 4 hours.
Shipping & Returns
How fast will my Jetluster kit arrive?
We know you're excited! Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. If you're in a hurry for your getaway, express options are available at checkout to get you travel-ready in 1-2 days.
Can I track my package?
Absolutely. Once your kit leaves our hands, you'll get a tracking link via email. You can follow your pleasure's journey from our door to yours.
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our kits, we can't accept returns on opened items once they've been delivered. However, if your kit arrives damaged or something is missing, reach out within 14 days and we'll make it right immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across the US and Canada. We're working on bringing Jetlust to the rest of the world soon, so stay tuned for updates!
